Find Your Fit, Women's Fitness is small group training outdoors for women of Rouse Hill and surrounds who are ready to make their health a priority and build real strength — with a trainer who knows you, where you're starting from, and is ready to help you finally find something you'll stick to.

Hi, I'm Becky.

I've been training women in the Hills District for 8 years. I know that starting — or starting again — is the hardest part.

 

My classes are small by design, so I can give you the attention you need, correct your form, and adjust for what your body needs that day. I'm a Women's Health and Performance Coach and Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer.

 

But mostly I'm someone who will show up for you every session, know your name on day one, challenge and push you at the right time and level.

Our classes offer one on one support in a small group environment so you value and results.
